Do I need a gym membership?

No. Atlas runs in four equipment modes: full commercial gym, home rack, dumbbells only, and bodyweight. You can switch modes any time and the current block reflows around the new constraint.

Is this just ChatGPT writing my workouts?

No. Atlas uses an LLM as one part of a programming engine that also enforces volume landmarks, fatigue management, exercise selection rules, and progression schemes that our head coaches encoded. The AI does not freestyle your training.

How is this different from a static PDF plan?

A PDF plan does not know that you slept four hours, that the squat rack was taken, or that your bench felt heavier than usual. Atlas does, and rewrites the session live.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel for end of period in one click from your billing page. Yearly plans are prorated and refundable in the first 30 days.

Does Atlas work for women lifters?

Yes. Programs respect cycle phase if you opt in, and our hypertrophy and recomp tracks were built with input from female head coaches. We do not have a separate gimmicky women's product.

Will Atlas work for a complete beginner?

Yes. The starter block teaches the six foundational patterns, prescribes light loads with form-priority cues, and only progresses you when the AI sees consistent clean reps in your logs.
