About

We are coaches who got tired of writing the same program twice.

Atlas started in a Brooklyn garage gym. Four coaches, a whiteboard, and 90 lifters they were programming for by hand. Every Sunday took six hours. Every program looked the same: write, send, get feedback, rewrite. We figured there had to be a better way to do the rote part of the job, and a better way to keep the part that mattered: the judgement.

Atlas is an AI coach for the rote part. The progression decisions, the deload timing, the equipment swaps, the volume math. Our human coaches still own the part that matters: the form review, the meet peak, the hard call when a lifter needs a break.
